This recipe will add great smoke and flavor. |
INGREDIENTS |
Bratwurst sausage, Apple juice or 7-Up, BBQ Bomber

DIRECTIONS |
Wet the brats with apple juice or 7-Up (I use a spray bottle) then cover ’em with a good coat of BBQ Bomber. Using indirect heat,(** here’s a tip) smoke those lovely links with medium- heavy smoke for 1-2 hours at 250°. Don’t pierce or tear the skin. Turn and mist with apple juice every 30 minutes, touch up with BBQ Bomber as required. When finished the sausage will be plump and glossy and mahogany brown. |
